Why risk your hard-earned savings for the tough times to come? Safety is going to be really important.</p><p>You typically have to make the adjustment twice: (1) change your current holdings, and (2) change the investment of future contributions.</p><p>Also, if you can, increase your contribution rate. Sock away as much as you comfortably can.</p>

Otherwise, there's a danger of soft brick, endless restarts, data loss etc. That being said, unfortunately, 128GB is not enough these days. It shouldn't be like that but software (both OS and apps) play a significant role in what is called "planned obsolescence".</p>
