Teams is actually a very well liked product in academia. Integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office is bloomin' amazing, and being able to present multimedia and control PowerPoints without using the PP app is a huge bonus.</p><p>I also love the facilities for users with hearing problems. Closed captioning live meetings is a game-changer, as I often missed important points when people mumble, or have crappy mics. So too is the AI-generated meeting summary.</p>
