Further to my earlier queries about making #hamradio accessible to people under 30, I think it's time to update the terminology used for wavelengths:

mmWave: pewpew wave
SHF: danger wave
UHF: smol wave
VHF: mundane wave
HF: bouncy wave
MF: flat wave
LF: longboi wave
VLF: chonker wave
ELF: oh wave he comin'

I will not be taking questions at this time.

@ednl I'd really love to know how that compares with what I believe are smaller models like some of the LLama models (eg, I have 3.2 running on my machine). They answer small queries very quickly on a laptop, so it's hard to believe they have the same consumption. (Also, it sometimes requires work to make them give *brief* answers and not needlessly elaborate, which I believe would also make a difference?)
CC @wim_v12e

We sat on a call with RustDesk open, and did it together...

We picked the "give me $50" option to see what would happen and possibly get a little teeny bit more info beyond "you get $50", only to find that BAM, no option whatsoever to change your mind...

Oh, and btw, you need to sign up for Payoneer(?!) and someone will get in contact in ~3 weeks, and payment might be made in 10-18 days.

The whole thing just feels so icky - compounded by the unexpected and out-of-character benevolent nature.
