Good evening. The "Nintendo Switch" was a 96-month study conducted by Harvard University on fault injection attacks.
We are now complete with our study. Thank you for your time.

Some wingnut I've never spoken to before (or again (foreshadowing!)) accused me of living in an "echo chamber" because I block people.

Fuck the "echo chamber" discourse. I reject it entirely.I am not here to wear an ascetic's hair shirt because you think that surrounding myself with dickheads builds character.

Block early and block often. I expanded on this in some detail in my "On Blocking" post from a few years back, but it bears repeating. Especially now.

https://jwz.org/b/ykcn

I did use something similar, https://aboutmy.email/.

The thing is, I don't really want to learn all these new wonderful technologies. I just have to do it to keep big providers accepting my mail. It's just a cargo cult at this point.

Support the people who make the stuff you like. There's a good chance that without that, the stuff you like won't get made.

I'm looking at a company hiring for techs to work on neat aerospace projects. they're a contractor doing stuff with GPS and calculating orbits and stuff!

and they want you to know Ada. NOPE, EJECT, ABORT, NOT A GOOD JOB
