Almost forgot: 6) a nearby movie theater.

Seems to say:

That way are handicapped (HC?) places. Park there and get a 250 fine. So far so good.

That other way you can park up to 3h on Mo-Sa 08:00-20:00 (welcome to OSM open hours spec :), but same days 20:00-02:00 there is no hour restriction. And you can't park there on 02:00-05:00. I wonder what happens on 05:00-08:00.

I don't understand what the Sunday only applies to.

@whitequark I couldn't help but notice the line on the website: '100% of captchas are solved by human workers from around the world. This is why, by using our service, you are helping thousands of people to feed themselves and their families. An average worker makes about $100 per month, which is a very good salary in developing countries like India, Pakistan, and Vietnam, among others. With your help, they now have a choice between working in toxic factory conditions or on a computer.'

I actually really love this sign because it's having work with at least five conflicting interests. 1) limited parking space 2) a busy business district 3) a church 4) a commuter rail station into Chicago 5) a city-wide overnight parking ban.

My wife and I usually refer to it as the barely legal parking spot. Most people see the sign, freak out, and and steer clear.
