<p>When Israeli officials discuss possible arrest warrants for Netanyahu and other government members by the International Criminal Court in The Hague, it should tell you two important things, IMHO:</p><p>1. They fear the ICC might have gathered enough material to actually issue arrest warrants.<br />2.
