Nothing about running OpenAI required Altman to put &quot;everything on the line.&quot; Was he at risk of imprisonment or brutality? Becoming homeless? Going hungry? I think not.</p><p>Startups can be risky jobs, sure, but mostly for employees, not the rich.</p>

Often really beautiful images have these moments where they are truly hideous and it becomes easy to want to stop there but faith in the process gets you to the other side of it.</p><p>I understand what you mean but art is more about patience than raw talent.</p>
