Does touching high voltage kill? To end this flamewar I propose a new criteria - is the voltage still high *after* it's touched? If it is, it kills. Otherwise it's probably safe.

<p>This is a really interesting deep-dive into BYD and how it got here. (URL in alt.) I was a bit startled to find a BYD stand at the Frankfurt Fan Zone for Euro 2024, right in the heart of a car country. It seemed to attract a lot of tentative interest.</p>
