Can you show an example of an itch.io browser game?
0/4 coffees in NYC today. Every one I've purchased was nearly undrinkable. Half the cafes I want to go to are closed on weekends now (wtf?) and the others are serving garbage.
It's usually a bad sign when they don't know what a single origin is and they don't do pour overs / chemex
NYC appears to be the capital of bad coffee now

So I don't know what "too much control" is in this context.

FWIW, Itch.io works the same way.

It's safe. But it gives weirdly too much control. There needs to be a standardized game format for the web.
@coldacid@noagendasocial.com wake me when there's a remake of amiga 4000 with video toaster
@ageha@tomo.airen-no-jikken.icu I have to use gsed on mac because bsd sed sucks
@alex@gleasonator.com the browser is good enough to prevent leaking connections now I guess. you could restrict network with CSP and it could be safe I guess.

I was relived when they started offering the subscription (because they were doomed otherwise) but the acquisition and lingering UX issues made me think they were in trouble. Didn’t expect it this soon, though.
