<p>The whole takedown system is majorly flawed and now it&#39;s going to be even worse. As long as there&#39;s no punishment for filing unwarranted DMCA/whatever takedown and sending the request is cheap/free accidents/incompetent/purposefuly evil takedowns will continue.</p>
