Mostly, every other way I learn German (Netflix shows, reading skeets, attempting to speak with other humans) is superior than paying for Duolingo, but none of them can I do every day with little pain and I am gradually getting quite capable of reading things and following along. Keeping the momentum going is really what it is, but it's not the only tool I use to learn the language.</p>
