<p>By the end of the week, was fixing a lot of {...} typed into Python and &#39;def&#39; typed into Rust. Not a pretty sight to be sure.</p>

It is interesting being able to do manage low-level stuff using a high-level language like Rust.</p><p>Also have to look up stuff from time to time. Rust is awesome but I do miss a REPL. I know it is a compiled language, but so is Haskell and they provide a REPL regardless. Of course, these are just pet peeves. Both Rust and Python are unique and valuable in their own ways. It&#39;s been fun.</p>

<p>Won&#39;t lie... feeling pretty cooked after this week&#39;s compilers course. I managed to code the compiler project simultaneously in Python and in Rust with both versions have the same set of features. 1770 lines of Python. 1670 lines of Rust. </p><p>Definitely getting better at my self-reliant Rust coding--although I had to look up some stuff related to vectors.</p>
