<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@whitequark" class="u-url mention">@<span>whitequark</span></a></span> I believe that's the 10/half CSMA/CD feature to detect if two nodes start talking over each other.</p><p>I'm not familiar with the details of half duplex operation as to date, all of my devices have been full duplex only.</p><p>I will have to add half duplex support to my MAC soon though, because my switch needs to support talking to some Siglent gear using an ancient chipset that only supports 10/half operation</p>
