No other reason than for the enjoyment of it.</p><p>I’ve flipped around different platforms too, due to constantly trying to find the perfect (for me) workflow. I’m pretty settled on <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@getkirby" class="u-url mention">@<span>getkirby</span></a></span> now, and I really can’t see myself moving off it.</p>

<p>When one of my PhD students graduates, I present them with a pocked sized computer.... a slide rule! They are truly amazing pieces of 20th century tech. Two significant figures should be good enough for astronomy :)</p>
