Some people really value `eval` (I think sometimes mistakenly, but likely not always). So if for them h11y is identified with `eval`, then it is one of Lisp&#39;s &quot;strengths&quot;. (And certainly, we&#39;d all much, MUCH rather build eval&#39;s input using s-exps and esp. quasiquote, than as string concatenations. So much so quasiquotation has spread to so many places.)</p>
