It was very frustrating. I also interviewed a theoretically experienced developer a few years ago who was amazingly bad at it. My co interviewer was frustrated, I was too astounded to be frustrated.</p>

Including A.I.-assisted copying and pasting. They&#39;re not actually speaking the language themselves.</p>
<p>i think i need exactly two things to achieve bliss:<br />1. no daily nightmares<br />2. sleep on/in a pile of unhinged, violent women</p><p>(luckily, the latter also provides the former, so it&#39;s a straightforward goal to aim for.)</p>

Normally when pairing you try to help the typist by giving higher level instructions rather than precise coordinates. But with a beginner with less experience that is more difficult. I was wondering why this is more frequent than in the past. More beginners? More beginners taking courses on this topic?</p>
