Was so interesting watching something be in taken apart and fixed. I think that sparked something in me and why Iโ€™m now so hands on with technology.</p>

The other change is that these things are more professionalized than when we were in grad school, so some of those roles are taken on by professional organizers hired by SIGPLAN.</p>
