I'm sure I'm using them wrong (i.e. not in some turbo-autist pure functional programmer way) but I find parser combinators to be mostly a useful kind of partial-compilation step for writing a parser that should then be generated more ergonomically by using a bunch of insane macros in CL. functional programmer nerds get fucked
