<p>Always has been. He has been boosting content posted by Tenet media personalities for the last few years. All of whom were caught by the DOJ for receiving tens of thousands of dollars each week from subsidiaries owned by RT in exchange for three videos a week pushing Russian propaganda. RT&#39;s CEO gloated about this on Russian state media about how easy it is to manipulate American media through social media.</p>
