Basically people already use combinatorial optimization for logistics, so once you add disasters, you need to make the optimizer robust.</p><p>I like that work because it&#39;s unambiguously about the real problem (from what I can tell). <p>You know how f*cked America is when academic authors are now refusing to publish their books in the US. I now receive messages to help them publish books in the Philippines, because it is also an English speaking country. Yes, the 🇵🇭 is happy to publish your books in English.</p>
