<p>i feel a little bit weird shilling for a prescription pharmaceutical but while putting a go-bag togezher i realized ive been on bupropion for over a year now</p><p>it has become so effortlessly integrated into my daily routine & has done soso much for my baseline anxiety & executive dysfunction. like it definitely hasn't been a cure-all but it has helped me stick a fork in a few bad patterns zhat ozherwise were too overwhelming to broach</p><p>i've never had a brain med zhat Kinda Just Works and doesn't bog me down wizh debilitating side effects zhat make me passively drift away from it over time despite zhe positives (lookin at u adderall. zhough tiny doses (<5mg) can still help a bit on bad days w/o much neg impact ime). rly rly pleased overall</p><p>anyways im trying zhe highest dose now (450mg) to see if its better or more side effects-y or w/e. SPERIMENT TIME</p>

Switching was a big improvement, not least because everyone could see the answers.</p><p>Our students don't complain at all about using EdStem instead of whatever Canvas provides. I think they would actually complain if we went the other way.</p><p>Your anxieties may indeed be an issue. I check 2-3x a day. We also have strict policies like "no staff reply between 10pm and 8am, including — and especially — on due days" [assignments due at 11:59pm].</p>
