<p>Just found out that both of my half siblings from my dad’s side were diagnosed with ADHD. I already thought that I most likely have it, but I’m like basically certain now. So I guess what now. Do I try to get a formal diagnosis and get a prescription for meds that aren’t available?</p>

<p>Ryoko Sekiguchi - Japanese, writing in Japanese and French.</p><p>I read her &quot;Nagori&quot;, an amazing essay on seasons, seasonality, food, transience and conceptualization of time in Europe vs Japan, written from a Japanese-French perspective, partially during a residency in Rome.
