<p>mandatory rustfmt</p><p>expectation: not having to think about formatting makes it faster and easier to write code</p><p>reality: i spend several additional minutes fiddling with the structure of the function until rustfmt stops mangling what should be a 10-line function into a 30-line unreadable abomination</p>

I can certainly see why H1-B would want to confirm that at least the university is accredited. But I don't think there's the same type of mechanism for, say, a history department? So I doubt H1-B requires it at the departmental level?</p>
