@lonelyowl13@annihilation.social I do not know but I do believe some will just refuse to do that. Also, i would really prefer if the game designer or artist did their puzzle in their little visual script thing than touching my code. I have mostly had very negative experience when they touched the code: it was very messy, mis-inddented, no proper names or names with wrong convention. So I'd rather they had their own separate thing so they wouldn't mess my stuff up and that is harder to make ugly than actual code. So far when they were given visual scripting they have been keeping it mostly tidy, unlike actual code, no idea how that works

@vaartis@pl.kotobank.ch I do understand that the main rationale behind this concept is to make defining the logic for game developers that aren't programmers easier. I don't understand why they think it's easier. Like, they need to learn the basic mechanics of visual scripting anyway, and it follows the same logic as code. Why don't they just learn the normal scripting language used by the game engine? Especially because from my perspective, more or less complex logic defined by a text script is easier to read than this node mess.
@whitequark@mastodon.social oh that sucks why would you only want afab students ?? thats sexist af wth
@lonelyowl13@annihilation.social it's for artists and game designers, basically
<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fedi.astrid.tech/users/astrid" class="u-url mention">@<span>astrid</span></a></span> then i had a difficult reckoning with how disgusting cishet porn is, it broke my brain a little</p>
<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fedi.astrid.tech/users/astrid" class="u-url mention">@<span>astrid</span></a></span> i think i eventually found porn mainly because i wanted an anatomical reference that wasn&#39;t like, my own body? being some kind of intersex sure did not make it any less confusing</p>
<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fedi.astrid.tech/users/astrid" class="u-url mention">@<span>astrid</span></a></span> yeah that&#39;s very relatable (except for the part where you asked. it never occurred to me that i could ask)</p>
