<p>Asking for a little favor.</p><p>A few years ago -for obvious reasons- I deleted all my american services. (instagram, facebook etc)</p><p>The result was my business plummeting down, no projects came in anymore, making it nearly impossible to come around after 20 years of career.</p><p>The favor I'm asking is if you know someone who's working with illustrators, or even just interested, just share my stuff please. Thanks :)</p><p>My portfolio<br /><a href="https://www.itchi5.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">itchi5.com</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://illo.social/tags/freelanceillustrator" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>freelanceillustrator</span></a> <a href="https://illo.social/tags/illustration" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>illustration</span></a> <a href="https://illo.social/tags/europe" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>europe</span></a></p>

Apparently you can turn off default features of rand to shrink it down a lot already, didn't know that:</p><p><a href="https://blog.orhun.dev/zero-deps-random-in-rust/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">blog.orhun.dev/zero-deps-rando</span><span class="invisible">m-in-rust/</span></a></p>
<p>I have now created three languages along the theme of "what would it be like if we made our programming languages aggressively simple?" and every time the answer has turned out to be "it would be very complicated" <a href="https://mastodon.social/@mcc/114365307342990008" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">mastodon.social/@mcc/114365307</span><span class="invisible">342990008</span></a></p>
<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://scholar.social/@khinsen" class="u-url mention">@<span>khinsen</span></a></span> Sure, but why can't there be a nice single-file Rust version? (Maybe there is, but I need to search harder).</p>
<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://scholar.social/@khinsen" class="u-url mention">@<span>khinsen</span></a></span> Actually, "annoyed" isn't the proper word. It's more like "embarrassed." I'm embarrassed for myself for having to resort to using such a dependency. I'm also embarrassed for the devs of that package. I get it. Random numbers are trickier than they look. I've been around a long time and know about that. But 17 dependencies? To do what?!? Come on.</p>
<p>majestic pawfyness of course I'm sorry 😂</p>
