I have on occasion tried out RC kernels, but I don’t actively do any kernel development. This is just the base NixOS derivation.</p><p>20 GB covered it but I may as well bump to 24 GB just in case.</p>

<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://types.pl/@toastal" class="u-url mention">@<span>toastal</span></a></span> what on earth are people doing to make a kernel build use 20GB of /tmp space? are they building in /tmp itself? that smells weird--usually one is either building a standard kernel config that you might as well get in binary form or you&#39;re building a development kernel where you&#39;ll want your intermediate objects for incremental builds later</p>

@kaia@brotka.st not that much new, even health risks were mostly expected and well documented in family history. Although one tendency I apparently have (histamine issues) would explain a lot of mystery symptoms i experienced the last years, so that’s something to check out.
