If the press release said that no "customer agreements" were disrupted, I'd guess that means that they didn't have any "customers." I mean: no signed agreements with customers to supply guaranteed volume. I doubt they consider digikey and mouser as 'customers'. </p><p>And it means the remaining volume*profit margin wasn't high enough to stop the sale of the fab.</p><p>Has nobody designed a drop in? Are there counterfeits?</p><p>I consider this situation "low volume."</p>
