And then Russian bombs started falling on my friends&#39; heads in Ukraine. Their families were raped and murdered by Russian soldiers on the outskirts of Kyiv. I saw the dead bodies and rethought my approach.</p><p>It&#39;s easy to be a pacifist when no one is shooting at you. But humanity apparently isn&#39;t civilized enough for pacifism yet.</p>

The only people we&#39;re OK with excluding are those who would exclude or marginalize others (see: Nazis)</p>
