@gamingonlinux@mastodon.social And ARPG? Like I don't think a company that become famous for isometric rpgs would be very good at defeating various Souls and Dragon Dogmas in competition. Even trying to would entitle them to Darwin Award. Why don't they develop the niche they were historically good at instead of trying to beat impossible odds while cannibalizing old fanbase?

@gamingonlinux@mastodon.social Dragon Age is garbage anyway since the move to Frostbite. If you have an FPS engine then everything will look like shooter. Or, at least, an ARPG. And ARPGs aren't bioware's forte anyway. And that market is oversaturated.
