Mixing itself can just be done by adjusting partial pressures, see how Hyperspace Pirate on youtube handles their gas supplies. It can definitely be done once you have understand that it can blow on you and that would not be fun. A common argon cylinder holds something between 60 and 100 atmospheres of pressure.
