The fear of tin whiskers is too strong, and there doesn’t seem to be enough compelling data to convince people.</p><p>I would love to stop reballing BGAs with SnPb and switch to Pb-free solder entirely. Most of the boards we build stay on Earth. Can we please stop polluting the world my son has to grow up in?</p>
