There are like 5-6 of these signs interspersed with regular parking (and all of the spots are empty almost all of the time).</p><p>I kind of want to test the 3 hour parking thing. Could I park my car there during the week to take the train downtown, and successfully fight the ticket if I got one?</p>

<p>A busy Friday night in the business district and everyone is circling around looking for parking. Meanwhile, I confidently pull into my usual, almost always empty spot, thinking that reading the finer details of programming language specifications might actually be useful in the real world. (Note: I park here a lot and never get ticketed).</p>
