There is a very busy business district nearby where parking is at a premium, but this spot is nearly a block-and-half away. Why would they put HC parking all the way out here? Plus, the business area already has HC spots close in. </p><p>This spot is right next to a church. So, it&#39;s related to that. Park here as you will, just not on Sunday.</p>
