Seems to say:</p><p>That way are handicapped (HC?) places. Park there and get a 250 fine. So far so good.</p><p>That other way you can park up to 3h on Mo-Sa 08:00-20:00 (welcome to OSM open hours spec :), but same days 20:00-02:00 there is no hour restriction. And you can&#39;t park there on 02:00-05:00. I wonder what happens on 05:00-08:00.</p><p>I don&#39;t understand what the Sunday only applies to.</p>
