@vaartis@pl.kotobank.ch what do you use to charge it? some of the older devices if the charger is more powerful it can deliver at a rate that's high enough to pull it out of that state, but if less powerful then the device just tries to succ whatever is there and never has enough to complete whatever negotiation it needs to for the battery.

I’m talking about urban streets like this where cars can only move slowly anyway, sharing the public space with cyclists and pedestrians. On this street in Aarhus, any cars must let everyone else go first. In many other towns and cities, if a car comes along, then everyone else who is already on the street has to yield and move aside to let that one car crawl past.</p>
