The existence of other bad places is irrelevant to that: we are in a terrible state and there are no excuses for it.</p>

Furthermore, some of the &quot;safe&quot; spots can be problematic due to<br />- visa difficulties<br />- very high cost difficulties<br />- places remote from most attendants, significantly contributing to CO2<br />etc. ↵</p>

I asked maybe the most questions about this. Questions like this played a real role in our choices. ↵</p>
