I tried Perplexity once or twice and it was nice but I was always worried about spurious data. Plus maybe also some concern for energy use/CO2/etc, since most of the time I don&#39;t need or even want an &quot;AI summary&quot;. The first search engine that did this (Neeva) I was paying customer of and kept begging them to give an option to turn it off. (Instead, the whole system went out of business…)</p>
