@a7@miss.mouse.services @marine@breastmilk.club I was kidding anyway I assumed you were talking about some famous person I didn't know
@birdulon@shpposter.club I think with os x they stopped caring as much about keeping the unique macos usability features, they didn't disappear all at once though
@Moon@shitposter.club @marine@breastmilk.club just have a very similar story is all, except now I realized you said his dad not yours so it wouldn’t be you
@Moon@shitposter.club ah, maybe this coincided with changes in multitasking expectations over the years relying on the application bar at the top gets worse and worse on bigger screens
@a7@miss.mouse.services @marine@breastmilk.club yes, but why do you ask
@Moon@shitposter.club @marine@breastmilk.club did your family own a hotel and have you ever stabbed someone?
@Arcana@akko.disqordia.space @eris@akko.disqordia.space I suspect she's like Alan Keyes, she probably lives on campaign funds as a job
@birdulon@shpposter.club pre os x
@Moon@shitposter.club reading old forum posts, it seems like it was always ctrl+click, I just had a false memory if anything you'd expect context menus to be less acceptable now since that's been the trend on mobile, and Apple would presumably like to unify the experience across their lineup how long ago were they discouraged? I don't remember a shortage of them back when I last used macos in the Snow Leopard days
