We went to create an issue about it, and the eventual conclusion was "oh looks like your e2e keys/state/whatever got irreversibly fucked up or deleted by <some client, some time in the past> you'll need to start over sorry"</p><p>We ended up just creating a new account because he wanted a new username anyway</p>
