<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@whitequark" class="u-url mention">@<span>whitequark</span></a></span> someone once told me how, as a chemE student, they had gotten ahold of a little bit of solid calcium. With their friends/roommates (also chemE), they were having a laugh using a water sprayer on this pièce of Ca, and making it explode into ever smaller bits. One of those bits landed in an open Nutella jar. Nutella doesn&#39;t have nearly enough (liquid) water to make the Ca explode. The mouth of the roommate eating directly from the jar with a spoon, however... 😬</p>
