another indonesian/southeast asian thing that probably wouldn't fly in europe: you don't need a license to sell food, so it's very easy to just set up a rolling food cart hawker thing or a online food shop and be your own entrepreneur. since food poisoning is common enough, you don't really have to worry about customers complaining and suing the heck out of you :)
