<p>@gamingonlinux Displaying quote posts will be in Mastodon 4.4.0, which we plan to release the first week of July (and is already deployed on mastodon.social).</p><p>Authoring quote posts will be in Mastodon 4.5, which will be released as soon as we finished this feature, probably at the end of summer. We are 70% done on quote posts and the hardest part is done (figuring out the protocol details to implement them in the Fediverse while giving control to users), now we "simply" need to finish the code</p>
