His sense of entitlement would make the most mild mannered person seethe, as would his lawyer's BNCL's version of the facts, which relies heavily on abuse of the passive voice. </p><p>As Mike Masnick observes, whether Vanga was drunk is almost beside the point, other than as an element of one or more charges. Absent intoxication, his rear-ending a vehicle and causing death is more reckless and egregious.</p>
