<p>[this isn't even my final form voice] this isn't even close to the hardware limit, i was able to get an STM32F205 to run with a 80 MHz SWCLK, i just prioritized shipping an elegant and easy to understand SWD probe implementation over a really fast one. it can be made faster if a use case arises</p>
