<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@mhoye" class="u-url mention">@<span>mhoye</span></a></span> to address the core point though: whenever i consider a rewrite of something, it's probably because i've sunk a few years into trying to fix the technology and it's just not feasible. maybe it's too expensive. maybe the legacy users of it will protest. maybe the problem domain shifted too much</p><p>but i guess it's not what you're talking about here, are you?</p>
