Ryoko Sekiguchi - Japanese, writing in Japanese and French.

I read her "Nagori", an amazing essay on seasons, seasonality, food, transience and conceptualization of time in Europe vs Japan, written from a Japanese-French perspective, partially during a residency in Rome. I have brought so many thoughts and ideas out of this little book!

I don't think this one is translated into English, but her other books are and I definitely plan to read more by her in the future.

25/30

#WomenInTranslation
