The bad part is that its impossible to enforce (unless we get more USB related Gov. legislation).</p><p>The hazard in practize is less cable on fire and more customer unhappy because device doesn't charge because the voltage dropped below the threshold.</p><p>The use of the warnings is mostly the standard user saftey text blocks you always had with power supplies regardless of actual risks.</p>
