But note that tagging depends on discovery. If I'm not on the same server, and I'm on a server that is NOT peered, can I even be discovered? I don't know, but that is a likely cause? Or, they just assumed I was on the server. I don't know.</p><p>Of course that can happen anywhere, but an algorithmic feed actually can mitigate that. In fact, one of my industry collaborations happened precisely due to Twitter doing that.</p>
