Trying to fill out an Austrian tax form. Am I right that these two texts are saying roughly the opposite things?</p><p>Say I&#39;m owed €100 and don&#39;t pay taxes in AT. The amount to be *relieved* is €100, and the amount *liable* to withholding is €0.</p><p>Wondering if this makes more sense in German. If not, I guess I should follow the italics (which is adjacent to the box) rather than boldface (which is the section header).</p>
