<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@film_girl" class="u-url mention">@<span>film_girl</span></a></span> My, probably naive, assumption is that companies like YouTube and Netflix and whoever else are just doing cost/benefit analysis and just aren't seeing the numbers to make spinning off N engineers worthwhile. I feel the "anger" issue is something “typical” devs care about but execs at the big companies don't give a shit - they'll go where the users are.</p><p>But what do i know.</p>
